HP Pavilion DV6-6116NR 15.6-Inch Entertainment Laptop

I got buying hp laptops about 5 years ago, I bought 5 of them over the years for myself and my kids. One of the reasons I started buying them was because the service was great. The first one I bought the motherboard crapped out a month subsequently the computer was away of warranty (a warranty that had been led by the society because of this DV6-6116NR problem). The moment one was for my son, the screen exposed within the first year, they repaired it and it lasted about another year. The replacement I bought for him the screen broke subsequently 15 months. The finally hp laptop I bought (and the lastly one I will ever buy) the hard drive divulged later 11 months. I had to exercise the hp chat map to diagnose it because you can’t understand a word their strange phone suffer says. They told me they would send me a box to ship it back since it is even under warranty. That was three days ago, I merely became die the phone with them, they still haven’t eventide bothered to send the box.
